Warm chocolaty, chewy yummy brownies – YUM! Oven 350* & one 8×8 greased pan (not glass). Blend 3/4-cup melted butter, 1&1/2-cups sugar, 3-eggs, and 1-teaspoon vanilla. Beat well. Mix together 3/4-cup flour, 1/2-cup baking cocoa, 1/2- teaspoon baking powder and 1/2-teaspoon salt. Fold dry ingredients onto the wet mixture, just until blended. You can add chopped nuts and chocolate chunks etc. Spread into greased pan. Now be creative if you like and swirl in some caramel sauce, marshmallow crème or chocolate syrup (optional).
