Artichoke dip is perfect for Holiday entertaining. Enjoy this special recipe : 1 -8oz softened crème cheese, 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 cups grated parmesan cheese, 1 or 2 cans drained & chopped artichoke hearts, 3 chopped green onions, 1 mashed garlic clove, 1 tablespoon milk, 1- 4oz chopped green chili peppers drained, 1/2 cup sliced toasted almonds. Mix all ingredients except almonds. Spread into a baking dish and top with almonds. Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve with sliced baguette, pita chips or crackers.
