Plumbing Hints

I have some important plumbing hints for you today.  A 10-minute shower with a conventional showerhead can use up to 42 gallons of water.  Consider installing a low-flow showerhead which will use far less water, or you can set a household shower time limit.  Don’t neglect your drains.  Drains are overlooked until a clog arises.  Give them a monthly cleaning with a cup of baking soda and a cup of vinegar; let it set for 15 minutes and rinse with hot water.  Avoid using harsh chemicals as they are harmful to the environment and can damage your pipes.
