Warm chocolaty, chewy brownies – Yum! Oven 350* & one 8×8 greased pan (not glass). Blend 3/4- cup melted butter (cooled), 1&1/2- cups sugar, 3- eggs and 1- teaspoon vanilla, beat well. Mix together 3/4- cup flour, 1/2- cup baking cocoa, 1/2- teaspoon baking powder and 1/2- teaspoon salt. Fold dry mixture into wet mixture just until blended. You can add nuts and chocolate chunks etc. Spread into the greased pan. Now be creative and swirl some caramel sauce, marshmallow crème or chocolate syrup in (optional) and bake 35-40 minutes.
