Make some Monkey Bread to give away for the holidays. *3-tubes of buttermilk biscuits *1-cup sugar *2-teaspoons cinnamon *2-sticks butter *1/2-cup packed brown sugar. Preheat oven to 350*. Grease a Bundt pan with additional butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a zip bag. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Place all cut biscuits into zip bag with sugar and cinnamon and shake to coat. Arrange coated biscuit pieces in Bundt pan. In a small sauce pan combine brown sugar and butter. Bring mixture to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Drizzle mixture over biscuits. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow pan to rest for 5 minutes, then invert onto a large plate. It is best to serve/eat while warm. You can do variations of this recipe by adding chopped nuts of your choice. You can also make Orange Monkey Bread by adding 1/4-cup orange juice to the brown sugar/butter mixture along with 1-tablespoon orange zest. Another option is to make a powdered sugar glaze to drizzle over the Monkey Bread when it is warm.
