Orange ice tea is refreshing on a warm summer day. Syrup: *1-Cup orange juice *1/2-cup sugar Tea: *2-cups water *7- black tea bags Other ingredients: *3-cups chilled sparkling water *1- thinly sliced small orange * ice * fresh mint leaves for garnish. In a small saucepan bring the orange juice and sugar to a boil over medium high heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves. In another small saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the tea bags and remove from heat. Allow to steep and cool to room temperature for about 20 minutes. Remove the tea bags and discard. Mix the tea and syrup in a large pitcher, and refrigerate till ready to serve. To serve: Pour sparkling water into the pitcher and add the orange slices and ice, stir.
