There are many uses for vinegar. *Keep car windows frost- free by wiping them with a solution of 3- parts white vinegar and 1- part water * Soak an emptied cat litter box with 1- inch of undiluted white vinegar. Let stand for 20 minutes, rinse with cold water and refill with litter *Steam away a microwave mess, fill a small bowl with equal parts hot water and vinegar. Microwave on high for 3- minutes and let it sit inside for 5-minutes, wipe clean *Rinse fruits and vegetables with a solution of 2-tablespoons vinegar to one pint water to remove pesticide residue *Remove sticky residue by applying vinegar and letting it sit for a few minutes, then wipe away *Refresh your dishwasher or coffee pot by pouring a full cup into each appliance and run it on a full cycle *To remove charcoal buildup on your grill grate, spray white vinegar on balled up aluminum foil and scrub the grate thoroughly. These are just some uses for vinegar, there are many, many more. De Hart Plumbing, serving Manhattan Kansas, Junction City Kansas and Wamego Kansas.
