Spinach dip is always a winner for a New Year’s party. 1- frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry, 1- 16 oz. container sour cream, 1- cup mayonnaise, 1- Knorr vegetable soup mix, 1-can water chestnuts drained & chopped, 3-chopped green onions. Combine all ingredients and chill for 2 hours. Optional: serve in a hollowed out crusty bread bowl and with sliced baguette or various crackers.
