This bacon potato salad is delicious. * 6- medium potatoes * 1/2- medium red onion-chopped * 1/2-cup grated cheddar cheese * 6-strips of cooked crumbled bacon *1/4-cup mayonnaise * 1-Tablespoon mustard * 1-Tablespoon Thousand Island dressing * 1-Tablespoon Ranch dressing * 1-Tablespoon Honey BBQ sauce. Peel and cut potatoes into bite size chunks. Boil till tender. Drain and cool. Mix together mayo, mustard, Thousand Island, Ranch and BBQ sauce and toss with potatoes. Add onion, cheese and bacon. Toss and season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Chill and serve or serve it fresh. Garnish with green onions and paprika.
