California Club Pasta Salad makes a great lunch salad. Here is the recipe. SALAD: *2-cups uncooked radiatore pasta *2-cups shredded lettuce * 1-1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast *1/2-cup cubed Monterey Jack cheese *8-quartered cherry tomatoes *6-slices of bacon cooked and crumbled *1-ripe avocado cubed. DRESSING: *3/4 cup mayonnaise * 1-teaspoon sugar * 2- tablespoons milk *2-tablespoons white wine vinegar *2-teaspoons Dijon mustard *1/8 teaspoon pepper. Cook pasta, drain and cool. In a large bowl gently combine salad ingredients. In a small bowl mix dressing ingredients. Right before serving, pour dressing over salad,
