Make these Sausage Cheese Appetizer Balls for holiday parties. You will need: *2-16 oz regular flavor sausage rolls *1&1/2 cups all purpose baking mix *4-cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese *1/2-cup finely chopped onion (you can substitute chopped green onion) *1/2-cup finely chopped celery *1-teaspoon minced garlic *Black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to *375. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Form into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden. Serve with cocktail forks or toothpicks. You can serve with a dipping sauce of your choice such as honey mustard. If you would like a spicy version of these; use spicy sausage.
