Make this restaurant-style white queso dip. 1-pound white (blanco) American cheese-cubed *1/2-cup whole milk *1-Tablespoon butter *2-4 ounce cans chopped green chilies *1-teaspoon ground cumin *1-teaspoon garlic powder *1-teaspoon onion powder *Cayenne pepper to taste (optional). Place all ingredients in crock pot and warm for 2 hours on low, stir a few times as it is warming. Or you can cook on stove top on low stirring regularly till melted and warmed through.
