Running out of Hot Water?

hot waterHave you found that you’re running out of hot water quicker than you’d like? Maybe you can barely get through a sink full of dishes or 2 back to back showers in the morning is unheard of. If your water heater still has some good years of life left, you may consider installing a tank booster.

A tank booster can be installed right onto your current water heater. It works by allowing you to turn the temperature up on your water heater(~140 degrees) and when you turn on the hot water at a fixture, inside of the tank booster, cold water mixes with the hot water from the water heater where it can be safely released at 120 degrees. Mixing the hot water with the cold inside of the tank booster means that less hot water is being drawn from the water heater, essentially boosting the capacity and the amount of usable hot water.

If you’ve been considering increasing the size of your water heater, installing an on-demand tankless water heater or installing a tank booster because you just don’t feel like you have enough hot water in your home, give us a call at 785-341-4193 and let’s talk about your options and take care of your hot water needs!
