Every regular service call you schedule with us, you’ll receive 10% off of your service charge, any diagnostic charges, and any repairs or parts needed up to $300 per visit. Also, if you ever find yourself in an emergency situation after regular work hours or on the weekend such as a sewer backup, water leak, furnace malfunction, or a DIY gone wrong, as a VIP customer, you will only pay your regular service charge instead of the $150 after-hours overtime surcharge, plus any diagnostic and repair charges that are accrued.
