VIP Customer Benefits

Your VIP membership with us has way more benefits than just annual HVAC maintenance. Every regular service call you schedule with us, you’ll receive 10% off of your service charge, any diagnostic charges, and any repairs or parts needed up to $300 per visit. Also, if you ever find yourself in an emergency situation after regular work hours or on the weekend such as a sewer backup, water leak, furnace malfunction, or a DIY gone wrong, as a VIP customer, you will only pay your regular service charge instead of the $150 after-hours overtime surcharge, plus any diagnostic and repair charges that are accrued. With only 1 after-hours service visit, you nearly recouped the money you spent joining our VIP program!

Truth be told, every homeowner can benefit from annual HVAC maintenance on your gas furnace, air handler, air conditioner or heat pump. Annual maintenance not only keeps your equipment functioning as efficiently as possible, preventative maintenance also helps ensure you won’t be without heat or AC during peak times when your system is running more often. If all you want is annual HVAC maintenance, for the price of our residential VIP plan of $200, you get both services for nearly half the price!

Our technicians can take care of all of your plumbing, heating, and cooling needs and we do offer free estimates if you’re looking to get a bigger project such as a plumbing renovation, HVAC replacement, gas line installation, or water quality equipment installed. Give us a call at 785-341-4193 and let us take care of your needs!
