Jalapeno Poppers

Enjoy this jalapeno poppers recipe.  *6-jalapenos halved lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed  *3-oz. softened cream cheese  *1/4-cup shredded cheddar cheese  *1-TBSP chopped green onion  *1/3-cup drained frozen or canned corn  *1/8- TSP black pepper  *1/8-TSP paprika  *2-beaten egg whites  *1/3-cup flour  *2/3-cup panko crumbs.  Preheat oven to *350.  Line a baking sheet with foil.  Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, corn, black pepper and paprika in a bowl.  Spread mixture evenly into each pepper half.  Bread each pepper half in flour, then egg white and finally in panko crumbs.  Place jalapeno’s cut side up on the foil-lined baking sheet.  Bake until golden, 25-30 minutes.  De Hart Plumbing Heating and Cooling, serving Manhattan Kansas, Junction City Kansas, Wamego Kansas, Topeka Kansas and some surrounding areas.  Jalapeno Poppers
