Make someone you love some heart shaped sugar cookies: Cream together 3/4- cup shortening, 1- cup sugar, 2- eggs and 1- teaspoon vanilla. Mix in 1-teaspoon salt, 1- teaspoon baking powder and 2-1/2 cups flour. Roll out on a floured surface, cut into shapes and bake at 350 degrees. Decorate as desired.
