Air Conditioner Calls

We are having a high volume of air conditioner calls with the hot temps.  When spring arrives it is a good idea to call your local Plumbing/HVAC company and have your unit serviced before hot weather arrives.  Neglecting necessary maintenance ensures a steady decline in air conditioning performance, while energy usage increases.  Make sure you change the air filters on a regular basis, as a dirty filter can impede proper air flow.  You should minimize dirt and debris near the condenser unit.
