Make Cheesy Apple Bites. *3- medium/large size apples *6-ounces blue cheese or soft crème cheese *1/4-cup diced celery *3-tablespoons chopped chives *3-tablespoons chopped, lightly toasted walnuts *1/2-cup pomegranate arils(seeds) *3-tablespoons honey *Fresh basil leaves (optional) Lay apple on its side and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices. Remove seeds and center. Repeat with the rest of the apples. Spread each apple slice with cheese. Sprinkle evenly with celery, chives, walnuts and pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with small amount of honey and sprinkle with torn basil leaves. Place on a platter and serve immediately.
