Chili Cheese Dip

Chili Cheese Dip is great served with corn chips (scoops) or some sturdy tortilla chips. *2-cans of chili with beans *1- small loaf of pasteurized cheese or half a large loaf -cubed (name brand or store brand) *1-cup of picante sauce-pick your heat *2- small cans of diced green chili’s (don’t drain) *1/2-cup chopped green onions.  Put chili, cheese, picante sauce and green chili’s into a small crock pot on low for 2-3 hours.  You can also heat it on the stove top or in the microwave on a low setting.  I find it tastes best if you use the crock pot.  When you are ready to serve, top with green onions and serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.  De Hart Plumbing, serving Manhattan Kansas, Junction City Kansas and Wamego Kansas.dehart-plubming-logo
