Preheat oven to *350. Line a baking sheet with foil. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, corn, black pepper and paprika in a bowl. Spread mixture evenly into each pepper half. Bread each pepper half in flour, then egg white and finally in panko crumbs. Place jalapeno’s cut side up on the foil-lined baking sheet. Bake until golden, 25-30 minutes.
