Try these Puff Pastry Meatballs for a holiday appetizer. *24-cooked and cooled meatballs of your choice *4-sheets of thawed puff pastry *4-Tablespoons Dijon mustard *6-slices Swiss cheese-quartered. Place 1-sheet of puff pastry on a baking sheet. Spread 2-tablespoons mustard on pastry, then evenly space 12 meatballs on top. Top each meatball with a piece of cheese. Place a second sheet of puff pastry on top of the meatballs. Press down around each meatball. Cut a square around each and crimp all the edges. Repeat process till you have 24 pastries.
