Puffy Cheese Balls

Make Puffy Cheese Balls for the holidays.  Preheat oven to *400.  Spray mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.   *1-cup 2% milk  *1/2-cup unsalted butter, cut up *1-tsp. salt  *1 & 1/2 cups sifted flour  *1-cup finely grated parmesan cheese  *1- tablespoon finely chopped parsley  *2-large eggs.  Combine milk, butter, and salt in saucepan.  Heat over low heat until butter is melted.  Remove from heat and whisk in flour, cheese and parsley.  Whisk in eggs, one at a time until mixture is smooth.  Fill each cup with 2-tablespoons batter.  Bake  15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.  Serve immediately.  De Hart Plumbing Heating and Cooling, serving Manhattan Kansas, Junction City Kansas, Wamego KansasPlumbing Heating Air and some surrounding areas.
