This is a simple, yummy quesadilla recipe. You will need: 1-jar of salsa, 1-can of refried beans, 1-jar or can of pickled jalapeno peppers, 12-flour or corn tortillas, shredded cheese and sour cream. Warm your tortillas and spread beans on one half. Add cheese and jalapenos. Fold the tortilla in half. Place in a lightly oiled skillet on low heat until cheese is melted. Turn over and warm both sides. Cut into wedges and serve with sour cream and salsa. It is quite obvious that you can customize this yummy quesadilla recipe by adding a variety of other ingredients such as any kind of meat or vegetables, cilantro etc. And you can adjust the heat by using mild to hot salsa and jalapenos.
