Furnace Preventative Maintenance

Furnace season is still a few months away but it’s never too soon to think about your furnace and make sure it’s ready when you change the thermostat from Cool to Heat. Did you have any annual preventative maintenance performed on your system last year? Did you have any issues last season and the technician recommended additional services or repairs that you held off on? Now’s the time to think about those recommended repairs.

Annual preventative maintenance can be done at any time on your system, but keep in mind, if any parts are recommended when the technician is on site and those parts need to be ordered, we may need to locate those parts and get them sent to us. In the middle of winter, a 2-3 day ship time can mean you may be without heat for a few days. Preventative maintenance is just that, preventative. It doesn’t guarantee your system will function properly for you throughout the season, but it is a great head start to make sure everything is cleaned and tested properly for you before you turn it on for the season.

Our technicians are cross-trained and knowledgeable on all brands of HVAC equipment and will be able to service your system, get it repaired, or offer system replacement, if needed. We offer a few different services on annual maintenance of your HVAC system whether you would only want your furnace serviced or if you would like both your furnace and AC serviced and also discounts all year round.

Give our office a call at 785-341-4193 and let us know what we can do for you and your HVAC system!
