Have you ever been one of those rude customers? I have a time or two and would like to apologize now. I have over 25 years of experience in customer service. I think I have been very lucky that I have not had to deal with very many rude customer issues. I have encountered a few of late, here in the plumbing business. There are a few things I would like to say. When you call De Hart Plumbing and ask to speak to Lawrence, these days he is a very busy man. Summer of 2013 he was able to answer all calls himself and give straight-up personalized plumbing care to all of his customers. As the year has rolled on and business has grown, you are more likely to talk to me: his office manager. When I tell you that Lawrence is “currently not available” -my line, he really isn’t. He is in various towns and communities being a plumber all day long. We are still a one-man plumbing company. I have learned some plumbing skills along the way and can help with most situations and get you on the schedule, take a message if I cant answer your question and offer to have Lawrence call you back at the end of the day. I do understand the impatience and frustration you feel in an emergency plumbing situation and you will get the service you need, we care. Lawrence of De Hart Plumbing has a zero-tolerance policy for dealing with rude customers. So, that being said, if you want the best plumbing service around we will be more than happy to be your premier plumbing company for your home or business.
