We recommend doing this once a year. Our humidifier servicing includes changing the water panel, servicing and examining the water supply, cleaning mineral buildup, testing the solenoid, cleaning and servicing the drain box, clearing and cleaning the discharge line, and testing the humidifier with the furnace.
