Preventive maintenance is performed while the equipment is still working in the hopes that the maintenance will prevent any future breakdown. The plan is for one annual year. With our plan, we offer one air conditioner servicing and one furnace servicing and a visual inspection of your water heater per year. With the annual plan, you receive 10% of service calls, no additional night/weekend emergency charge and great customer service form any one of our technicians.
